yea man, keep it natural for at least another 5 years and you should end up with one hell of a body
 
After about an hour cortisol levels rise to a point where you really just being counterproductive. Cortisol is a muscle-wasting hormone. Training should be intense, and purposeful. Don't be chatty with people, take too much time between sets, etc. If my training partner doesn't go and I work out alone, I'm usually done in 45 minutes.

Your body doesn't grow in the gym. You grow when you rest and recover.

Also, a quote comes to mind. I believe it was Robbie Robinson who said, "You want to stimulate the muscle, not destroy it."

What are you doing in the gym that takes four hours? What does your training split look like? How much cardio (if any)?

honestly i know what i am doing probly is not right. what i do is upper body in the morning and lower in the evening. i like to start with my fore arms and work my way through the tri. and biecepts all the way to my shoulders, laty, and delts.. so on so forth. i have a 45 minuter abs and oblique workout i do everyday. i learn most worouts form John hamilton, mens workout magazine and finish / liter ones from mens health. lower dody is the same start with calfs quads hams qludes... or how ever you spell that. i guess my biggest proble is i throw everything together. my coaches and mike west(05 mr. missouri) always tells me i over train too. so i guess i will listen. i mean you guys are the ones who know what your doing, body proves it! anyway i appriciate all of your guy's input. anything you guys say i take with high consideration... so feel free to give advise whwen ever i look up to all of you!:bber:
 
also four days out of the week i will take thirty to forty minutes for jogging, hills, biking, or swimming i like to switch it up so i am not bored. i i read somewhere if your worout does not change your body wont either
