hey! nice job... what happend to sticking with 200mgs though???
got a bug in my butt and thought I'd try it since I had no real sides with 200. Still no real sides with 300. See if I plateau on 300, not likely but possible, if I do, MAYBE up to 400. But that would only be towards the end of the cycle and not for very long. Not sure. Side effect free thus far on 300! Maybe I'm just a lucky ducky with DNP.
Been on 300 mgs for like 5 days now. Went up after a week with no sides on 200.

All I do is drink water, pee, and take my temperature. I dare anyone to see who's more diligent on DNP than I freaking am. It's perfect for someone as OCD as I am!

Keep it up. Hopefully everyone else will learn to take caution and record everything like jrt is doing while taking it since there is a chance of possible side effects ranging from mild to severe. It's definitely normal to get hot after eating while on DNP. You can probably replace the V8 drink with a protein/carb shake and vitamin/mineral supplements. It will probably give you some variety and keep you from getting burnt out with your diet plus the extra protein is good for muscle building.

Thanks Big! I just weighed in at 159, starting weight was 172, this is day 12. Absolutely no sides, I'm not even hot at night I sleep with all my binkies on and that's a load of binkies.
Time for water, food, supps, temperature, etc etc etc.
Good note, during the night I wake up and drink some water and have a handful of raisins. Seems to keep blood sugar levels steady til morning.
9 lbs to go, wow, doesn't seem like much! This is going fast! I gotta say, diet is key with this stuff. It is not a free ticket to eat whatever shit you want. You want results, you gotta be strict. When those DNP carb cravings hit, you want a chocolate shake with fries but you gotta drink a protein shake and eat an orange instead. Or some veggies, or whatever healthy stuff you have on your own personal diet. I'm vegetarian so mine is a bit different. It all basically comes down to will power. But you all knew this anyway.
Everyone was right, that I read from and learned the proper advice from, DNP isn't a magic bullet, it's up to you what results you get with it, just like aas or any other substance. You get what you put into it. But if you do it right, it's a great tool.

he just rimed haa haa ^^^^

I like the idea of staying at 200mgs. Everyone gets into trouble when they start taking more. Just want you to know- be careful!!

300 seems to be the charm for me, I'm going to have some soy ice cream tonight as a little treat! Yum! (yeah yeah, we vegetarians are totally weird I know)

this is life on DNP (you should really take vacation time if you're gonna take it)
Wake up, pee, weigh in, organize supplements, prepare first meal, take temperature, drink first water bottle filled with water and crystal light, take all supps and try not to gag on them all, eat, drink, pee. Pee again, take temperature, drink more water. Prepare second meal. Keep drinking water and peeing. Take temperature. If you have one, take blood pressure too (why not, for shits and giggles) pee again. Pee. third meal, take any other supps you might be spacing out during the day for total daily intake. Drink more water. Take temperature. Drink, pee, take temperature. Record all this too so you know what your bp and temp is throughout the day. You'll see it follows a pretty predictable pattern on DNP. My resting heart rate goes up a little bit after I eat and at certain times in the day, BP stays around normal. Eat, drink, pee. Finish up your supps for the day, take your temp. Take something to help you sleep (I'm on valium but that's always been the case.) You will typically get warmer at night and kick covers off (I have a few times but not as much as I thought I would). Be prepared to pee during the night. If you get up to pee, drink more water.
Get up in the morning. If you have bad sides this will be difficult. I do not, so it's easy for me. Caffeine/Green tea mixture has been the trick for me and DNP fatigue. I don't have it at all. Start the process over.
Since I have so much time on my hands it's been very easy to be diligent with this. If you are a very busy person, I suggest waiting til your life is a little less busy. When taking something like this that can be potentially dangerous you should be on your guard at all times.

The little bit your temp is moving is just about the same it would if you were NOT on DNP. Simply taking your temp that many times per day and not doing it rectally (which I assume you are not) there is going to be some fluctuation, and error based on the quality of the instrument...
Great job thus far, I am interested in your blood work too. Also, just to chime in on an older comment by you... I think you should cycle on/off like you suggested. It just seems to work better that way.

john is right however you can never be too careful when taking DNP. Although you will probably feel like crap if your temp raises above a certain point it is good to keep taking measurements and log everything to see what causes certain effects.

bottom line is.. you need to learn from others, from documentation, and from your own personal experience... good log.. keep it up, and continue to monitor everything.. just stay safe... seriously... this community cares about it's members... that's why we harp on the more than obvious things that alot if not MOST people over look. Hope you didn't take it personal.. but great log, and look forward to your post dnp cycle recoop/reactions/results!

Oh agreed.... I think the log is a GREAT idea, especially for safety sake.

Had a major carb binge last night, ooooops. Ugh, I feel bloated. Shredded wheat, bean soup, soy ice cream, a bagel(whole wheat), banana, a bunch of raisins, all at the same time. Won't be weighing myself for a couple days that's for sure. First really bad cravings I've ever experienced. And boy, after that, was I HOT! Actually did a little sweating. Opened up my window (it was like 40 last night) and threw off the covers. Carb binge=not worth the discomfort.
At least everything I ate was relatively healthy. Well, would be on a BULK. lol.
Another lesson learned via DNP.

I've been craving carbs for weeks...luckily I'm too lazy to make food. lol. That's a load of carbs there. I'd bet you'd be sweating from the insulin release alone since you've been starving your body of carbs and calories in general. I wouldn't worry too much about a cheat day. You'll replenish your body of some much needed nutrients.

I know! I felt like I did when I was bulking only even worse! I felt like a dude! All that went down in less than an hour too. I just couldn't stop. Yeah I figured it's a good refeed. This morning I can't imagine eating anything I'm still so stuffed. So I'm just drinking my water.
My mom's friend says, do you want me to make you a vegetarian manicotti? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I can't weigh myself til this detox thing I'm doing starts kicking in, so no weigh in to report. It involves a lot of fiber and water so I'm bloated and feeling "heavier". This is normal for the first phase of it. Otherwise feel completely normal, slept normal, ate normal (no binges) drinking normal, temp is normal. Normal normal. No sides at all. Wow, and here I thought I would be walking death. I got it easy on this stuff, I tells ya.
This is the second week today, I think I will go 4 weeks. Perhaps for the last week I will bump up to 400.
Clothes are nicely baggier, face is noticeably thinner. That's what was the MOST annoying, having chubbier cheeks. I'm vain about my cheekbones.
Hope everyone running any kind of chemical is having no sides too! Woohoo!
