Legs,,,,, I have tried everything and the ONLY thing that I have found to show the best results are squats and damn I hate doing them bc Im tall and I look aweful doing them. They dont feel natural. Its like trying to bend down and take s hit with no toilet there, just hang in mid air. Uncomfirtable, miserable and ugly. BUT when I say fuck it and do them once each week to the point of complete failure, then I grow like a weed. I have tried 1 sets of leg presses and anything in-between and wish I could replace that horrible squat but I cant.
