MMX has pretty much outlined form teh begining the main emphasis that yoru msot important sup is going to be food. No amount of creatin or any other legal or illegal sup is going to be nearly as anabolic for your body and its growth as food is. Being 16 you can control so much. Eat eat eat, it sounds like your metabolism is much faster than your groth rate thus you are burning off many more calories than you are taking in despite what you think is eating right. change your routine up, change when you eat, change what you eat and how often you eat it. There are a ton of things that you can do and trust me, you CAN gain weight. Once upon a time, yes I'm old, I weighted what you weighed and I was a junior in high school nearly six foot tall. Now days I stagger between 255lb and 275lb. Keep at it bro, you can change it. MMX suggested you were an ectomorph study and read up on here. Do a search on topics to help gain etc. I know I answered some pretty similar questions on here probably close to four years ago so its all here for the picking. Good luck.

Is this 50 grams a day?

Yeah, i can tell you right now, 300grams of protein per day should be a goal. I know when i was in my teens, i could'nt afford that much. But you will see drastic improvement when you up your protein intake.

hell, even if he can only get 150-200 grsm protein, thats enough if he eats alot of carbs which will spare the protein for muscle growth.
