Im starting my 4 month igf cycle today. Im just applied it to my stomach. Its the first time i've ever tried this. I understand that IGF can reduce the fat if applied the same way as HGH.
Starting off with 40 ius, applied 2x per day (so 80ius total) 12 hours apart. Right to the stomach area. Which right now is 40" at the belly button.
I just got off a pretty heavy steroid cycle. Its been a month, So i hope im done loosing the bloat. My main goal is to loose some more body fat, but maintaining the gains i made. One of the lifts that i have become most interested in is my incline bench (free weight). Im currently hitting 385 for 1 rep. If i can maintain that, along with some others ill be very happy.
body weight 235lbs. Recently down from 260.
wife lost the cable for out camera, so if i can figure out how to take a pic without it, ill post it.
Im running 4 times a week for 20-30 minutes. still cutting carbs, although i dont really want to loose more weight. I said id go down to 230, but im still in the upper teens i think as far as body fat. You should be able to tell when i get a pic up.
