thanks man!! im a on a break from gear, i like to use IGF while im off. Im a pretty heavy user, so i needed a long break.

ran tonight for a half hour. Its awesome how fast your body adapts. i think when i started this log i had a hard time running for more than 10 minutes. Now im not even winded after 30 minutes.
 
232 this morning. Been back on track with my igf and diet. Little sluggish this morning, i took to much clen yesterday, had the jitters, then started to get tired before my late workout so i took some eca's. That had me wired till like 1am...
 
holy crap im tired today... not sure if its the igf of from all the running. I might take a day off and give the joints a break. I've started taking ibuprophen ever day after workouts cause my hips are really starting to bother me.

make sure you stretch your IT band, your running a lot more now and your muscles are going to respond to the running and to the IGF so will your tendons and ligaments but you need to make sure you stretch regularly before and after you run so you don't run into problems.

i love clen and eca's gets the body going better than anything... its like crack baby!! Haa haa... can you believe i still dont loose weight with that combo??? i dont know what the f is wrong with me.

feel great today!!, took a day off from the clen/ eca combo and finally got some good sleep. seriously, taking clen and eca's does mess up your sleep.

Today im just working legs. sucks cause i want to do some cardio too, but i have messed up my knee before trying to do both. Maybe just some elliptical.

I have to work at the bar tonight also, so i might hit some of that clen again so i can stay up till 4am.
 
230 this morning. Did a lot of drinking last night. I have to work two more nights this week. So im taking a break from drinking tonight, so i can party down tomorrow.

I took yesterday off from running. Today i plan on a 30 minute run, maybe 20 on the elliptical.
 
Nothing has changed much. I didnt drink till about 11pm lastnight. Then some bastard started buying shots, these chicks bought me one to get me to take my shirt off, and then i bought a couple rounds. I got pretty shit faced by 12:30.

planning on hitting chest, delts, and tri today. Then im headed for a good 1/2 hour run.

tonight id like to say that im not going to get shit faced. But its saturday, and that means there will be a ton of crazy bitches carring shots to me in there underwear. Throw in a couple bachelorett parties, and im getting blow jobs in the parking lot.

You know, its really not that im that sexy, its just that the other bouncers are really fucking ugle.

well, i dont have anything good to report. We did have a bachelorette party on saturday, but the chicks where lame, and they didnt stay long. There is a pattern i've noticed. The chicks that come from really far away to party are the most trouble. That and if they wear wigs. I knew my wife was going to show up. So i didnt really flirt with the crowd. We had a couple fights and a lazy bouncer i had to deal with anyway. I did have a little bit of fun, but nothing really worth mentioning.

hey baby! I bought a whole bunch like 4 years ago when effedrine was taken off the market. the company i bough them from no longer sells them. So i will have to find some new ones shortly. Sucks cause i really love these. but here is the combo that is on the label:

citrus auratium (6% synepherine) 100mgs
ma huang (8% ephedrine) 250mgs
guarana (22% caffeine) 900mgs
acetyl l-carnitine 100mgs
chromium (aspartate) 200mgs
white willow (4/1) 100mgs
 
cool I will just use Dexter's labeled stuff. You know he got totally ready for the Ironman on his ECA's haha what a joke!!! Your label matches those so will get them.
 
well, im down to my last month on this cycle. IM getting lean man... specially in the last couple days. yesterday i didnt post cause i felt like ass. I took 100mcgs in the morning and it made me very lethargic. I barley could do anything all day. I managed to get my run in and went home and took a nap after....lol. It was bad.

So anyway, i've learned my lesson. Im going to try to take my igf a couple hours before bedtime. That way it doesnt slow me down any. I've noticed, even at 40mgs im pretty sluggish.
