Hey Get Swole---thanks for thinking of me. I know it has been a long time since I have been on here. I got good gains from just one round of IGF but most of all it came later. Now I am doing lots of cardio to lean out. I am down to 175 with 19% bf. Yup I know it is still a lot but I think a lot has to do with these female hormones holding water. I love the spin classes doing them 5 days a week and it has increased my endurance so much for lifting. I don't lift as heavy as I used to but I really feel it strong pumps. By the way I did get my IGF level checked when I finished the cycle at the end of it and it was above the high end normal. That stuff really works and even after the cycle is over.
