Pumping Iron

Im starting to get some extreme pain in my ankles and wrists almost a feeling as if they were pumped. The pain im getting in my ankles is causing my shines to also get real pumped and they start to really become painful from the constent pressure. So my question is what can i take to make some of this go away or do you guys feel i should go to the doctor? Maybe i have a blood cloth somewhere and im not getting the right circulation down to my feet :confused:
 
sounds like me for hte last 2 weeks post contest. Finally getting better, though!
 
What did you do to your ankles and wrist? Does your ankle and shin hurt only when you run or workout? Does pain go away during pain? If yes on all, I would see a doctor.

just walking i get extreme pains in my shins and lower ankle area. It's the type of pain or pump you would get after doing a long cardio session. Also the pain is in my left wrist only and it's the type of pain that kinda feels like i may be getting carpel tunnel.

I think a trip to the doc may be wise. Plus im becoming extremely fatigued. This is the last week of my cycle so once im off i think i should be ok.

Sounds to me like you're severly bloated, but I agree that seeing a doc is best. I bet your blood pressure is high right now

What are you taking in terms of juice & supplements etc...

what kind of training are you doing for weights & cardio?

I've been on prop since july 1st 100mg a day. I took winny for 4 weeks at 50mg, and im doing clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I haven't had any problems until about the beginning of last week. I haven't gotten any of these pains during a workout, but i did take last week off from lifting and thats when i started to really notice it. I will hit the gym today and see how i feel.

This is my last week then i will hit my clomid and jump back on the clen.
 
I have the same thing... I hear winny is often the culprit. I'm also on Prop and Winny and feeling the same thing... pain in joints... wrists, knees, ankles, especially.

At least for me, it's fine to just stick it out.

I gained 25 lbs in about 5 weeks. My hip popped a lot, my ankles, my knees. NOT FUN.... but kinda fun to see my buff self!
