Today I it was chest day.. I flat bench 315 for 12 reps.. So then I max out at 405.. It was the 1st time I tried this much weight.. And I got it.. That was some heavy ass weight.. I don't see how guys do that for reps.. lol !!!
 
You'll be moving right up the 400s in no time. For me, everytime you go from say 395-405 is a huge mental deal and now you'll be able to lift more. I know the mental aspect of lifting hinders us a lot more than what some people seem to think and now that you know you can get 405, you'll be able to move up more quickly
