Presser- No, my legs suck. I am a huge pussy and my right knee has problems. i had shoulder surgery 3 years ago, so Im not so inclinded to get my knee operated on but I need to get tough and drive through on legs.
Dude- You are always way to kind. One day, I want to meet you for all the help you have provided. For some reason the area Im in (frederick Maryland), doesnt have much as gyms. My wife (soon ex) puts me down a lot and is having me tested, so Im waiting until the end of July for that.

If Dude invites, I will gladley come. I had my 40th birthday with a friend that owns 5 clubs. We hung out with a top NFL Redskin all night and he kept complimenting me. He has one of the biggest contracts in the NFL. It was uplifting to hear him say nice things.
Yea, I do need to pull my head out of my ass and hang with guys that understand what Im doing. Nobody in my circle is into this. I feel like a loner. You guys are always right.

Once my life settles down, maybe a Fl vacation would be good for you, I had help too. My wife is a chick magnet so you would have no problem there! We are very laid back.
As far as the knee goes, work with it, but don't overdo it. IGF saved me from a knee replacement. Also I wear neoprene sleeves over my knees when I train. Take it slow and do exercises that work for you. I've seen people use way more weight on leg exercises than me and I still sport the bigger quads. You look to have great genetics, give them a little something to work with and see how it goes.

If you don't move to FL, come west just a little bit. I'm originally from WV and now live up in Pittsburgh so you're really not that far away, you'd be surprised how great of a reception you'd get with a physique like that around here. I've been in/around Frederick before and from what I could see, it's just not that type of place where you would get a warm welcome with a build like that. You'd be good in Ocean City or even DC where it's common place to be big. Pittsburgh has some great gyms and even my home town has a really hardcore gym that has a bunch of powerlifters and bodybuilders in there, it's highly motivating and if you ever wanted to come this way, I'd train with you and you'd see how differently things are

No problem man, yea, take care of the court stuff first, that's the most important thing. You've definitely got a lot on your plate as far as that goes, but everything will work out in one way or another.

thanks formernpc and Chris and everyone. My soon to be ex-wife and her friends make comments when at activities for the children. One guy walked by and said to his friend, "oh he looks awful". My wife and her friends keep putting me down saying I look puffy, when Im really the leanest Ive ever been. She is having me tested bc of the custody hearing coming up. Again, thanks guys. I like the look also and would like to get much larger. I will once this divorce passes.
