Ill get pics soon hopefully. I have good genetics to begin with. I was a stick at 15yrs old and thats when I started working out. The trick is, eat a lot, work out hard, and rest....thats 80% of it...20% is the juice....
for some reason im havin problems on gettin my pecs formed like urs are, the outta pars of pretty stout, liek twards my shoulders, and the lower is ok, but the uper part is struggling a little bit, any ideas on what to do to get that form, or just hit incline up?
