Granted I am trying to stay leaner and with as little bloat as possible. Current dose is 750mg of cyp a week (just upped this week) 500mg of Deca, 50mg of Proviron. I'm also using insulin at 8iu each morning. On training days I also use 100mcg of IGF pre w/o and 8iu of insulin post.
Meals
1. 900 cal shake with 80g of protein
2. 8 egg white omelet with 4oz of turkey and some cheese along with a bagel
3. 10oz cooked lean ground beef with 1 1/2 cups of brown rice and a string cheese.
4. Same as 3
5. McDonalds Big Mac, fries, Double Cheese burger
6. 10oz boneless skinless chicken breast and ramen noodles.
I'll also throw in 2 Dymatize gourmet protein bars a day and usually 2 or 3 caramel rice cakes with natural PB and Nutella.
It changes a bit each day, but calories and meal portions stay the same.
My strength is increasing, but weight gain has been slow. I'm still in very good shape and tight. I'm not expecting Nuk like gains, but my more than my current 1lb or so per week. Sometimes less. Ideas? Thoughts? I get 9 hrs of sleep a night and nap 3 days a week. I've noticed clothes fitting tighter, but very little weight change...
The strength gains from the insulin are downright scary and I always look very full. I can get a pump by opening my car door. The scale just isn't moving. I can't realistically eat more...

Tough one bro. Every persons body is Soo diferent. I can loose 10lbs in one day if I dont eat well. I can gain it back with tons of quality food. I do think people put too much emphasis on the scale and not on the tape measure and mirror. Your organs and skin hold a ton of weight so you could have lost some there and gained some muscle. Not to mention your super smart and been around. Hey dude, how about re-checking your BMR, get your body fat percentage checked and go from there?? Just an idea??
Good luck bro, your very dedicated and please stop worring about the Southern states show. You showed tremendous heart. Youll lose some battles but win the war. Thats how I think

Getting BF checked would be a good idea. I also need to take measurements and do periodic updates. I also lose weight if I miss a meal or even substitute a shake for a meal.

Yea, your bodyfat could be fluctuating and you're just not seeing it. If you're strength is going up then it's only a matter of time before you start making bigger gains, but sometimes things just take time to kick in for whatever reason. What's your weight at now?
