Took this this morning. Sorry for the black and white, I still don't know how to use a camera. Got out of bed fealing really good. Everything is starting to fall in place with diet and training and weight is inching up. I am at 216 right now. I have been eating really clean so my weight has not gone up as much as I would like but I will start my bulking cycle this week and so hopefully the wieght will move up more quickly.
