Anyone do these? I do them one week and the next deads. I alternate mainly because I drag the bar up my shins on deads and if I did them every week then I'd just be tearing open scabs all the time. Today I did 545 for 5 reps on my last set. I was going to go up to 585 or 635, but decided to stop and get more out of the rest of my workout as I did these first.
