Guys to be honest with you I’m eating like crap. Still don’t have an appetite what I’d like to ask you guys to do is recommend a food protocol for me. I’ve got Alpha gal, which means I can only eat very limited red meat, but I’m not opposed to food prepping at all. I don’t care to eat the same thing over and over and over it doesn’t bother me. I’ve just gotta get my food in. I didn’t get a second workout in this past Saturday with my son did very well paid for it Sunday as I was extremely exhausted and fighting it this week as well. I am going to try to get in another session this week and again Saturday if possible I’m just gonna keep pushing myself so if you don’t mind shoot me a food protocol 63 215 to 20 right now I’ve got Alpha gal and I’m also a diabetic.
