I've been on my cycle and it is starting to show !!!! todays chest workout was a killer one !!!Flat bench 135 for 20 , 225 for 15 , 275 for 13 , 315 for 10..I did 2 sets of 185 w/ 25lb. chains for10..Incline S/M 135 for 20, 185 for 15, 225 for 15, 250 for 12, 275 for 8..Pec deck 4 sets @ 170 for 15..Cable Crossover 4 sets @ 40 lbs. for 15 ...My weight today was 247 lbs !!!!
