Trained four bodyparts yesterday !

Yesterday I did chest and biceps in the morning with my training partner, then later that night (about 8 hours later) did quads and hams with the wife. Woke up sore as hell this morning...

Pushed 450lbs (5 plates a side) on the hammer incline press for 5 solid reps. Then dropped to 360lbs for 5 more, then dropped one more time to 270lbs for 6 reps.

Legs that night, did the 90 degree leg press for high reps, only went up to 5plates a side (450lbs with sled only about 500lbs) did that for 3 sets of 20 reps, little rest on those at all. Back and forth with the wife. Then did hack squats and went up to 270lbs for 20 reps for 3 sets. Again very little rest, back and forth with the wife.

Then did 45 mins of cardio on the treadmill after all that to...
 
damn bro, thats a whole lot for one day, why did you do this?

the main reason was because the wife and i missed our normal thurs leg workout that week. So we made up for it saturday night cause we had a sitter to watch the girls...

You gotta love it, most couple if they had a sitter for the kids would go out to dinner a movie and maybe some nookie, but you and the wife hit the gym hard! I love it Chris!!!

Thats why u two look the way you do, but most people dont realize the dedication it takes
