So ever since my surgery about a year ago I have been taking it easy on the tricep, and skipping alot of tricep days at the gym, bc I figure in between chest day and shoulder day the tri is getting worked. Today I tested it, starting light
reverse grip bench
95 x 12
135 x 12
135 x 15
135 x 30
behind the heads seated
55 x 12
75 x 12
90 x 10 --- (started getting sensitive right on the connection spot of surgery)
90 x 10
Standing tricep extensions on pulley with rope (leaning forward bring hands from above head to infron of face)
65 kg x10 for 3 sets (still felt very sensitive)
supinated single handed pulldowns on pulleys
15 x 10
15 x 10
20 x 10
same thing pronated
20 x 10 for 3 sets
seated dip machine
90 x 12
180 x 10
135 x 12
90 x 12
finished with some quick light shrugs and abs.
I truely thought by now the tricep would be G2G for heavier weight. I used to do behind the heads with 110 easy..... :crap:
