I am up to 235, and this is the start of week 5 tomorrow. So thats 15 lbs. I feel pretty solid right now, not retaining alot of water either. Guess ill reach my goal of 240
Good job, bro. I always gain a ton in the first 4-5 weeks and then hardly any weight gains throughout the rest of my cycle... just strength gains. So this monster gain of yours may level out. Good luck!
I would add in the cardio slowly to make sure you don't burn muscle. If you start losing too much weight either back down the cardio or add in extra calories to make up the difference.
