Ok I explained my wrist issues with u guys, I have had xrays and def not fractured and physical therapy guy at the gym sai def a ligament.
Im trying to get some clean size on right now, but I dont know how much weight I should limit myself to bc of my wrist and at the same time still get gains.
What do you think?
