Ok I explained my wrist issues with u guys, I have had xrays and def not fractured and physical therapy guy at the gym sai def a ligament.

Im trying to get some clean size on right now, but I dont know how much weight I should limit myself to bc of my wrist and at the same time still get gains.

What do you think?
 
Kind of a vague question brutha, nt sure what u mean by how much weight u should limit urself to, just go as heavy as u possibly can before it starts to put any strain on ur wrist brutha

Thats the weird thing bc it doesnt hurt while im working out, but when I wake up, especially If I accidently yawn/stretch while im asleep it fucking hurts all day
 
does it hurt more pushing or pulling? I mean...if it is a tendon or ligament you have to feel it while you are doing something, right? You might just have carpal tunnel too man...just a thought.
 
it hurts it I turn my Left hand counterclockwise with thumb extended out, like u know when u have to turn your hand and use ur thumb to scratch your mid back? I havent really felt it on anythng except preacher hammer curls, bc it pulls wrist down

Well, either work around it the best you can, listen to your body or rest it. If you go to the doc they will just tell you to rest it 6-8 weeks and give you anti-inflammatory meds.
 
True, thanks man. I have been wearing my APT wrist wraps with every workout now basically to help too, I just hope it starts getting better
