Similar to what I do, but I can tell ya that the tuna gets old fast.....When every fart smells like rotten tuna, it gets to you after a while. personally I still like red meat 3 days a week, as it keeps me strong, and it keeps my muscles filling full. I also use alot of cottage cheese till 8 weeks out, casein protein takes along time for the body to break it down, and its usually my bedtime snack due to that reason.

What is that, like 25g carbs for the whole day? Maybe? I would have to substitute something in for the tuna. Tuna is ok, but I agree with JC, it gets old quick.

I bet you get lean quickly on that diet though.

seems like it would be pretty damn easy to follow to me lol. Ive done much worse for sure.

I wish I could make myself eat tuna. Its too salty for me. It would be nice to have a cheaper protein source, but I just can not do it. Ive tried the pouch stuff all of it and the smell makes me sick.

They make can strainers with little holes in them...Get one of those and strain your tuna under running cold water for a minute or so...helps wash away A LOT of the salty taste...or you can try low sodium tuna and see if that helps.

It doesnt really look to tough really...I have done much harder diets in the past to get down in weight...

Diet doesnt look to bad minus the lack of carbs to keep me going throughout the day and the 12 eggs

It's only meant to be a 2-week diet to help you get shredded... not long-term. I don't think I could go more than 2 weeks without carbs either!!

I was thinking of doing this diet for the next two weeks to lean up for my wedding. How well is this diet going to work over a two week period? How lean would I have to be in order to see results with this diet? I don't know my body fat, but I can see my abs. Not ripped like someone on stage but probably close to 10%. I would like to be closer to 5%. Also, what recommendations do you guys have for training to go with this. Maybe 1 hour cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and 30 minutes after training later in the day to get super lean?

itll work bro, just remember to keep that protein SUPER high throughout the day and night to prevent muscle loss.

something like this (say you weighted 220) you could lose a pound every 2 days or so.

hour of intense weight training , followed by a whey shake , THEN cardio. Dnt do the cardio when you wake, save it for AFTER the work out.

i lost 25 lbs in alittle over 6 weeks

Sounds good, I just want to lost that last little bit of stubborn fat around my lower abs to get that paper thin skin look.

How much cardio would you suggest PWO, 30 minutes enough? More?

yes

and i was doing 20-30 min walk on a 15 incline PWO

I only train M/W/F, should I go to the gym on T/Th/S to do cardio only? Maybe go in and do 45-60 minutes or something?

Also, do I need a refeed type meal or a carb up day anywhere in there to keep metabolism up?

Last questions, my parents are interested in losing weight and they want to try and follow my diet when I do this. My mother is 5'8" and about 143lbs and my father is 5'8" and about 200lbs. What kind of adjustments should I make for this diet to work for them? For my mother, maybe 6 egg whites instead of 12? Things like that?

Thanks for your help bro!!

I agree that , that diet really doesnt look like much at all.

To me atleast , im a little guy , not by choice but by food stock/storage , and metabolism.

Maybe the calories equal to more than it looks but I definitely would have an empty feeling throughout the day if that was ALL I ate...
