Ok guys. Ive been back at it hard for almost 1 year. I need to post pics but I need help. For most of the year, I ignored legs. I have started them 1 month ago and its the same or worse as the past. I can not break through the pain when doing squats, leg press. I know there are more reps left in me but the pain feels like someone is stabbing at me. I also feel like a virgin, in that Im learning foot placements and form whcih distracts me but in the end, Im a big fat pussy. What do you guys do to break through this!!!![/QUOTE]
We stop being pussies and fight through it lol...No, I'm just fucking with you man. Seriously though, try stretching and go light to get a pump. Once you get a couple of weeks in of lightweight and get through the pain threshold, go a little heavier. If you have to, use some icy hot, stopain, bio-freeze or something to dull it out. I always have to use this stuff on my elbows when I bench because my elbows start bothering me, but this stuff numbs it long enough to deal with it. Or if you're training with someone, just have them slap the shit out of you and get you so mad you forget about it lol
