ok so i know i may not be ready to start a cycle but i wanted to ask for some advice. currently have been working out 4 times a week and my diet consist of 4 square meals a day. lots of chicken eggs in the morning oats and lots of fruit. ok so i am wanting to get on a supplement or ? that will give me the edge i am looking for.

Look into Prescription Nutrition bro, seriously, since I've been using their stuff, I've noticed that I've had better workouts without the soreness. I use their explosion preworkout and amino infusion during my workout along with creatine gluconate. Also have their protein, definietly my one stop shop

To be honest, get off the 4 square meal idea/theory... And get more food in you, brake up your intake to smaller portions, but more daily consumption/intake over all. No joke, write down your intake now, chart things out, likes cals, protiens, and carb intake. Then start your new diet like I suggested, and right down the specs of the food like also suggested here, and compare. This way you can measure your intake, and adjust it where it needs to be. Keeping notes really helps with progress.
Also, add shakes/gainers/protein drinks between meals a well.

You can get more then you ever need from eating. Proper Food intake, given the right circumstances and situation can/will be responsible for growth, mental health and state of well being, healthy complexion, and even a healthy libido, no joke. Get diet in check and add the shake supps, and some vitamins and take it from there, given your training and rest is adequate enough.

Just gear away from pro-hormones, you'll get what you need with the suggestion given above!

This is a excellent suggestion for supps, the above mentioned here are very safe and can yield great results with the proper diet, training and rest like I stressed prior.

PS.. The edge that you looking for rests in the confined space in your own mind, it's all mental bro!

Eat'n is right 100%. I haven't been gaining weight and I planned on starting next week writing down EVERYTHING I eat in a day and seeing where I stand for a week and adjusting it the week after. I've gotta have something to start with and I think on the basis of a week I'll have enough results to see where I need to add things and what to add. You'll need to keep track of calories, fats, proteins, carbs. And also write down what time you eat your meals. This is what I plan on doing for a full week, then total everything up and adjust everything because I know that I am not getting the calories needed to grow. Supps can only do so much for you.
