Had a good leg day today

My knee felt alot better today so I went on and did legs.

5 set Leg Ext.
6 sets Leg Press(3 sets wide stance and 3 narrow)
4 sets Squats
3 sets walking lunges
3 sets leg curls
5 sets Donkey calve raise
3 sets standing calve raise
 
That's incredible. I couldn't get through a fifth of that. I MAYBE do a total of 4 working sets on leg day.... or any other day for that matter. Each set is all out fucking war though.
 
off subject a little but is it true that leg ext are bad for the knees? Former NPC and many others tell me this. I have one bad knee. I see dorian and others go all out with no problems. Wondering if anyone had the same issue
 
That's a lot of sets although you didn't specify how many reps. What's your average number of reps for these sets, Nuk?
 
Nice, that's a lot of work done. That ought to put a lot more size on your legs for sure.

Leg Extensions aren't going to cause your knees to go bad, but if you already have bad knees, they're not going to help. They'll probably bother you, but they won't be what causes your bad knees
