here you go 228lbs. almost ready to rumble and take on all challenger's. I feel pretty good now. I could be a tad leaner, and I will be. but for 2 weeks out, im sitting pretty good.

the plan is to have another 3 days of lower carbs during the week. keep cardio around 45mins in the morning before meal number 1. Then do a lighter carb up friday evening. Then start the final week process. :show:

couple more pics. pretty flat in these shots . but overall I feel good :bber:

I will be the first to say that what you have accomplished and what you have achieved with all that has gone on in your life is nothing short of phenomenal.
Good luck and congratulations.

In the first set of pics you put up on the back shot it looks like you've got some vascularity showing on the upper to mid right area. Don't think I've ever seen anyone with a vascular back, pretty crazy bro!

Looking good!

I agree with MMX2 totally, what you've gone through in the past 6 months or so is amazing that you've been able to stay the course and you look great, the tris are really popping in the rear lat spread

well if u have time and find them thatd be great to see

Ok, Ill try to see what I can dig up. I started training for bodybuilding in 1992. My first show was oct. of that year, I weighed in at 167lbs. Then the following year, I weighed in at 173-174lbs. That was at 18 years old. then at 19 I discovered supplements, and my weight shot up to almost 240lbs (not pretty trust me) I dieted down that year to 188lbs for my first show, then the following week weighed in at 192lbs. I won my first mens open overall at 19 years old (it was a non NQ show, so basically a novice level show) but still I was pretty pumped winning a mens show, at 19...
