Been a while since last update. I got sick for a couple days early last week and decided to take the whole week off from working out to catch up on some rest and just try to eat to make up for about two days of not eating much due to sickness. I started back Sunday with chest. Workouts picked right back up where I had left off....no loss in strength or anything. I am really liking the DMZ and IGF combo. Pumps are incredible....borderline too much at times...if that's possible..lol. Vascularity is crazy. My diet has been pretty clean but if I have the urge to eat a reese's peanut butter cup, I eat it. It seems like it makes me even leaner and harder. I'm staying with two DMZ a day and between 40-50 of the IGF. I alternate where IGF between abs and what bodypart I'm training. I'm definitely planning on getting some more as I get closer to running out.
