...barefoot calf training? I've been wanting to try it but everytime I get done with legs I'm to damn exhausted to bend over and take off my shoes! LOL

Also try the SLOW negative's and hold the stretch for 10-15secs before going back up. I have not been walking right in 3 weeks form doing them this way. 2 sets EOD
