Hey guys I've decided to start my bulk now and will be beginning tomorrow. I"ll be turning 19 next month and my stats are 6'2" 230 bf 14% (I used a caplier and know that my bf is lower then 14% and most likely ended up with 14% because I just recently lost 20 lbs. and have a lot of excess skin that gave me a higher bf than I actually have.) This will be my first real bulk where I go into it with knowledge about what to do and not just hoping to see results from nothing. For supplements I'll be using O.N. Whey Protein, Muscle Pharm Assault, Orange Tiad Multi-Vitamin, and NSI BCAA's. I'm looking to get 345 grams of protein daily, 460 grams of carbs, and not really sure about fat intake along with around 4000 calories. I gain weight fairly easy and will be incorporating hiit cardio if I begin to gain weight too quickly. I just wanted to make this thread to help me stay motivated throughout this bulk and to learn along the way. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
