What gear is good for strength and solid gains when not on a bulking diet? I am having problems taking in all of this excess food so I think I will keep my calories to around 3000, give or take a few hundred, with 200-250 grams of protein per day. (My main problem is sticking to my bulking diet on the weekends. I do not plan on competing so I do stay out late on the weekends and party and so forth, and I end up sleeping late, not having much of an appetite on Saturdays and Sundays). I am 6'2" and currently 222 lbs. I love Test Enanthate, so I would prefer this to be a staple in all future cycles. I was contemplating incorporating a combination of these for my next cycle:

* Test E
* Tren (I have 40 ml of about 90 mg/ml)
* Winny

What do you all think? What would work best for me, considering my diet intentions?

You are fine with your choices. Like you said you are not competiting so the preference for prop or E becomes a non-issue, especially if you add a good dose of anti-e's to the mix.

To me the real culprit in hindering cutting cycles is estrogen. I'm not talking about the level of estrogen that would cause gyno but anything above optimal in a male (which is about 15 on the usual test). Estrogen is a fat storage hormone and you really want this at it's lowest levels while cutting. Don't be afraid to take a heavy dose of an anti-e with your cycle. Anti-E's have become cheap recently due to research companies like Cyber-Sol and others!

I know that it is recommended that Winny not be used for longer than six weeks, and that same rule applies to Tren. How should I set up the cycle with the Test E, Tren and Winny then? How many weeks? How does this look:

* Test E 1-12
* Winny 8-14 (Tabs)
* Tren 8-14

I may not even use a kickstart because the test usually starts to work by week 3-4.

Excellent point on the estrogen

Umm. I've used tren for 20 weeks solid in the past. Doses were 75ed, 100ed, 150ed all at different times.

I did a 12 week tren/test cycle and made nice gains. Getting ready for a 15 week bulker with Dbol/Deca/Test (dbol0 all through)
