I normally always train alone but got a chance to hit legs with a friend yesterday thats kills it like i do and made a huge difference! Oh they hurt SOOOO GOOD!!! LOL

leg extensions reps light weight 50, 40, 20 20

leg curls light weight 50, 40, 20, 20

squats 135 x 20, 185 x 20, 225 x 15 , 275 x 10, 315 x 8, 225 x 10

hack squats on hack machine drop sets . . 3 of the 25 plates on each side 12
reps, drop one off. . 12 reps. . drop one off 12 reps. . 2 sets of those.

leg press drop sets of 12's 2 sets

I'm right there with you today. I tried walking lunges for the first time yesterday....GOOD LORD!!! I barely made it back to my starting point and sat down and didn't think I'd get back up.
