hey guys, im fixing to run some halo with my cycle im on. i have hit a big platue with strength and size.

my calories have increased and im eating really clean with 1-1 1/2 gallons of water a day.

my supplement dosing throught the week is: prop 200mg/d
tren ace 75mg/d
eq 600mg/w
winstrol 100mg/d
igf 200mcg/d
igf 100mcg on off days
my body has taken a huge change, im as dence and hard as ever, but i was thinking with my increased calories that i would be getting bigger and stronger. ive been hitting the same weights for over a year.

my body retains water and gains fat very easy so thats the reason i stay using fast acting supplements.

is Halotestin a good idea? i have never taken it before? any help id really appreciate guys.

my food has been increased to 5000 calories a day. i dont know what else to do.
thanks guys

I don't know about adding another AAS. I would completely change your training protocol and methods. If your hammering down the solid food I don't think you need much of what you're using, but I don't know what your genes are like or what you look like.
Building larger muscles is like building a high HP car. You can have an amazing fuel system, great tires, amazing suspension, race fuel, and even a monster motor, but if the tuning isn't right it's still going to not perform half as well as it should. You just have to take a step back and find the missing piece. Training, diet, sleep, you are on plenty of AAS, substantially more than I'm on, yet you're missing something.

thanks dude for the advice, my training may need to change completely. i have changed my eating, im doing four whole food meals and 3 shakes a day. ill try doing all whole food meals.

dude, you think i could cut the winny and add the halo? would that make any diffrence?

I would DEFINATELY toss the winstrol for Halotestin. No question. 4 whole food meals is pretty good. Most of the time I only get 5 so you are doing good there. I've noticed that alot of people fall into one of 2 training category's. Some do several working sets per exercise and it works. I did this for a long time. Then a friend who competed at the national level had me switch to doing 1 all out set per exercise. This worked much better for me. I not too long ago I added in some DC training principles and I think I've finally found the optimum training program for me. I also found I need 9+ hours of sleep a day for optimum gains.

Have you posted pics? From your stats, you're a pretty big dude. You may want to start researching insulin use. AAS only gets you so far even with IGF and everything else in place. Then once you reach the max with that GH is the next step. At least that's my plan, but insulin is working wonders so far, but it is much more regimented and has some serious risks if you aren't careful.

thanks for advice Dude, i have been hitting one body part a day throughout the week, four excersises per, and the fourth set of every excersise is a triple drop. my legs i have been doing 6 excersises. i add in new ones every month.

but i will do that definitly then with dropping the winny and adding halo.

i feel like i have made a huge diffrence in the way my body looks, ive just been frustrated with the scale and weights i push. i really want to post pics, to show you guys what i look like, and to be critict. i will shortly, if i can get my ol' lady to work the camera.

i will definitly look into changing my whole workout, i am working twords being 230-235 hard at 5%bf, but like i said my body retains very easy, im very addicted to eating clean and drinking alot of water. the moment i stop, my veins disapear.

I'd say it's your training too. If it hasn't changed along with everything else that you've changed then that's probably the problem there. Try switching it up, quicker sets with less rest or heavier weights and less reps, higher reps less weight, just find something different than what you've been doing and stick to that for a month and see what happens. If you're still stuck, try something else. Change up the days your training certain body parts too, anything to change your muscle and brain chemistry through training. You're body gets used to things very quickly and will stop responding at a certain point which it seems yours has

Whens the last time you did a de load or took 2 weeks off to give your CNS a rest?

Im sorry brotha, i dont know what a de-load is. i havent taken time off completly in about 18 months. my off time has consisted of taking anavar and winny, and my last little 2 month break i was taken masteron 500mg/w.

Sometimes I'll only train 2 days a week. Sometimes I'll only do 1 exercise and 1 all out set for a bodypart. It really works. The hard part is accepting it mentally. In my opinion most people overtrain and as mentioned your CNS needs to recover just like your muscles do. Training that often and with that many sets I'll bet your adrenal glands are shot.

Dude whats CNS? im gonna start with that type of regimen this week, im excited man. i really apreciate the help

I think he's talking about your central nervous system . I recently started throwing in a week break every so often and I like it. I always bounce back stronger the next week.

Ya it does sound like you're overloading your CNS. They aren't talking about taking a break from gear, but from training.

Take a full week off. No gym. I understand it'll be disheartening, but it's needed to give your CNS a break and fully recover. You'll come back stronger. It always works for me (I do it probably once every 3 months).
