:arcade: Hey i am a new user on this site. Just looking for some advise. i am on a 6000 caloire diet, 240# grams of protien and one gallon of water a day. i have come to a peak in putting on bulk. should i start hgh?

Need more info. Types of foods eaten, training history, supplement use, training routine, frequency, rest, stress. Lots of things can play a part.

lots and lots of eggs. 18 a day. cottage cheese,red meats,2 one pound turkey sandwhiches everyday for lunch. peanut butter.... really the only thing consistant is the amount of protein and calories a day + i take whey on a consitant basis. i satarted lifting two years ago i lift six days a week for four hours. two upper body in the morning and two hours of lower body in the evening. the only rest is the time in between.:arcade:

also i am sure i should include my pills... i am on two platnium plus amino acids a day total calcuium one a day juvenation two a day ( multi-vitamin& muli mineral, trace minerals, enzmes, herbs nutreints, amino acids) all in the juvenation. last but not least nutrient 950. your standard minerals
 
Bro you don't need to train any longer then an hour a day so if ur realy doing four hours daily that's a massive waste of time and counter productive
 
really? how do you get so big only training an hour? i cant seem to even get a work out in an hour

After about an hour cortisol levels rise to a point where you really just being counterproductive. Cortisol is a muscle-wasting hormone. Training should be intense, and purposeful. Don't be chatty with people, take too much time between sets, etc. If my training partner doesn't go and I work out alone, I'm usually done in 45 minutes.

Your body doesn't grow in the gym. You grow when you rest and recover.

Also, a quote comes to mind. I believe it was Robbie Robinson who said, "You want to stimulate the muscle, not destroy it."

What are you doing in the gym that takes four hours? What does your training split look like? How much cardio (if any)?
