That is just weights.... If I am doing cardio too, then I usually split it up into two workouts. Cardio and abs in the morning about an hour.... and weights at night, about an hour.
WTF? An hour. I can finish my workouts in 30mins sometimes less. That's 2 bodyparts per day @ 9-12 sets total per bodypart. Then again I have little rest in between sets and sometimes superset workouts.
BUT....then again I look like a maniac running around the gym like I'm on a serious mission...lol...which I am. I wish I had more time to spend there though.
I spend about 1 1/2 hours actually hitting the weights hard. This does not include the 20 minutes I spend on the crapper pre-workout or the 10 minutes of warming up/stretching or the 20-30 minutes of cardio post.
