All this dieting all year is taking a toll on me. For squats today, it took all I had to do 185lbs, and on the leg press, 4 plates on each side was enough. I feel like such a sissy, lol.
 
It doesn't matter bro!! Keep banging away, it's all about the way you look and if 185lb squats get you to where you want to be then do it!
 
Your looking GREAT bro, cant wait to see you compete in the ATL! Keep trainin away! You will have a break soon!
 
it will be worth it...you will gain all strengh back when done...
