Okay, so I do my normal ten minutes on a treadmill to get the blood flowing good. Stretch a little after that and commence the squats; a few warm up sets and three regular sets.... legs are pumped up!!!! move over to leg presses, do my 4 sets, and then over to extentions....OMG my legs were pumped like never before, it was great...... By the way, I'm on IGF-1
