Update !!! 12 weeks out

Here are my 12 weeks out pics

weight is 242lbs (morning weight)

getting leaner and looking fuller/bigger
 
Chris, I was away on a family vacation on a Disney Cruise with the wife and kids. My diet went to hell, but the scale said 6lb increase, I will double up on cardio to get rid of it. Anyway, your 12 week pics show great improvement. Looking to be right on target. Buy yourself some huge bags of sea salt, and add them into a bath tub after the water is done filling. Sit in it for 30 min a day. It will keep the skin tighter. Also preparation h also works in the same manner. Not sure if you are a shrinker or grower into your show, but I was always a shrinker, so I know a couple tricks to tighten that skin. By the way my cruise also went to Mexico!!! LOL Nothing else needs to be said!!! Best of luck to you Chris, I will check up on you from time to time. Stay with the diet!!! Remember, how bad to you want this????!!!!

Hey bro, I will do the sea salt thing...Tighter skin is always a good thing...Im at this time actully growing into the show...I would say my muscle are getting rounder as the weeks go on...Good deal on the Mexico trip...Very Nice !!!

At this point in prep - How do you (or would you) run your gear ? Or I guess, I should put it...In your opinion how would you suggest to run gear for a show of this level (knowing I need to come in big and hard as possiable) Yeah guys, diet and training are very important...The vets on the board know this (dont want to get a newbie all fired up...LOL) But the right AAS on the right diet can make dramatic changes or looks to a dense bodybuilder...

Gear should be run heavy till 12 days out. (meaning high dosage levels) but they should also be mostly gear that retains little to no water with one exemption, you may choose TNE, Drol, or Prop, along with non aromatizing ones such as Var, EQ, Halo, and of coarse Winny. Halo works really good along side var and winny, and the Halo only needs 3 weeks of use at 25mg daily, and an anti estro will help with the grainy look you are looking for. The key to all of this is the diuretic usage at the backend, too little and you hold sub q water, and too much and you pull water and glycogen from the muscle and come in flat. I will pm you later tonight with my protocal on that. Gotta watch the kids now. Later bud.

Chris looking good brutha! as for your gear question i seen big jc told u to stop gear nearly two weks out but I persnaly run some gear straight through the show like tren ace is great to run all the way through, i know loads of guy that do it this way as well, so i guess what im saying is its ur call cause it can be done both ways ways with great success!

Also im not sure if your woring with someone or not i think u said u were but i would just listen to one person, since theirs a million ways to skin a cat,lol, its better to listen to one guy rather then have ur head spin with suggestions from all of us which will vary from one extreme to the other, ur a grown up,lol, and u been at this long enough to know what ur doing so i guess i dont have to tell ya to just stick to one guys plan only and not try to take a little bit from each person

Press and Chris, you guys may not have misinterpreted what I said, or meant correctly. Gear is run all the way thru, but at 12 days out dosages are usually cut, esp the water holding ones, like Drol or TNE, the others are run at same levels right thru. Tren Ace for instance can make 5 diff people look 5 diff ways, as most gear can. Everyones body is diff, hence the reasoning that the more experience you have, (along with learning from your experiences) helps you to fine tune your body in for the show. At 3 weeks out a mild dry run of show week should be done, IMO. For one it gives you confidence, secondly it gives you a little more perspective on what you physique will actually look like and thirdly, it lets you know if cutting water, carb delpletion, and carb loading along with your diuretics are going to help you get the look you are after. Granted, you will most likely be holding slightly more water than show week, and diuretic dosages should be lower than what you plan on for show week. This is a primer, just a pre peak at what you are looking at, and how to dial in a little better come show week. Which is mostly cardio, starvation, and light higher rep training at that time, along with alot of stretching and posing, which will be a workout in itself for that week. I am also with Presser in the fact that too many cooks, always spoils the soup!!! LOL Chris, there is no reason for second guesses here, you have the physique, and its def working for you. Stick with it, and focus on conditioning. Your size is there, its up to you to get the paper thin skin, and let it all show out. PM coming.

Jim Magnone is pretty old school I guess you can say...He like beef to keep the muscle, and very low carbs...Im actully holding on to muscle very well, and leaning up really nice...My pics this week you should see a good difference in my body from last week

hammer incline press - 90 x 10, 140 x 10, 180 x 10, 230 x 10, 270 x 10 x 10
db flat flys - 30 x 10, 40 x 10, 50 x 10, 60 x 10
machine flat press - 125 x 10, 145 x 10, 155 x 10 (drop set, 3 drops all 10 reps)
machine fly's - 125 x 10, 145 x 10, 155 x 10 (drop set, 3 drops, all 10 reps)
cable crossover's - 50 x 10, 60 x 10, 70 x 10 (drop set, 3 drops all 10 reps)

Notes - this workout was a fast pace workout..Very little rest inbetween sets (30-90 secs) lots of drops sets...Going for extreme pump...

Rope pushdowns - 100 x 12, 120 x 10, 150 x 10, 170 x 10 (last set drops 3 drops)
Overhead Tricep extensions (cable) - 40 x 20, 50 x 15, 60 x 10 x 10
One db overhead tricep exten. - 25 x 10 x 10 x 10
tricep dips (elbows close to body) BW x 12 x 12 x 12

db alternate curls - 25 x 10, 35 x 10, 45 x 10, 55 x 10 (drop set, 3 drops)

notes - very short rest periods, 30-45 seconds at the very most..good pump, but was very depleted...
