Do you get little knots under your skin where u apply the igf?

Some guys do and I've had them, you need to go deeper and slower!! Imagine a balloon with tiny little holes, if you blow fast the balloon expands if you blow slow the air just seeps through holes without expanding the balloon, the difference is the knots create little pockets and take time to go away so go slowwwww and deeeep like your making love not fucking, i know you young guys like to get in and get out, but you need to take your time so you can hit that little hole again lmao i crack me up

Damn still getting hard knots under skin when applying to fat. Applying to muscle, no problem.

Today I applied 30mcg to each Quad. Also I did something different for me, I did really high reps on legs. Usually I do low rep range on legs. I seen this thing on Kai Green how he trains legs with 15-20 reps! Holy shit! After doing 5 sets squats and 4 sets leg press my quads were so swollen I could hardly feel them! Nor could I walk normal haha. Wonder how they will feel tomorrow! Squats I could only manage to do between 12-15 reps, but leg press I pushed out four sets of 20 reps each! What a burn! Love it!!
 
After barely being able to walk after squats and leg press I had to go and do 3 sets on leg extension. Just punished those quads today!
 
Sounds like a killer leg workout , have you ever tried pre-exhausting with leg extensions then hitting presses and squats? Wooooweeee! Lol

YUP!! Pre-exhausting with Leg extensions fills em with blood before ever getting to the working sets... I was advised to do this because I need some help growing these skinny, runner legs!! I hate these fuckers!!

Hittin legs with IGF pre workout in them quads really pumps em!! Eswol suggested doing pre-exaust and doing a few sets at the end too with extensions. Had to damn near crawl to my truck!!
 
Yep I like pre exhausting with extensions and ending with them as well! Can't walk after that lol

I recommend 1mg per day!! My expirience mind blowing. Veins veins veins. Thinning skin by the day. Unbareable hunger, my hair is darker and skin looks tanner, I don't go to tanning booth ever.

I just started using igf this month. Think I will keep the dose low at 50-60 a day for the first run. I will bump up the dose on the next go around.

Dont apply igf subq. Intramuscular injection bro always. Need to be in the muscle directly. Your Injecting by product of gh, so it needs to be in the muscle, in the blood. With legs heavy weight high reps builds the best. What I mean is the heaviest weight you can move properly for 15+ reps. And high volume, 7 excersices.
 
he might be going muscle anyhow as i think he is getting knots SubQ, some do some dont, but those who do generally start going IM so im guessing thats his next move considering he is sensitive to it SQ

YUP!! Was doing the same thing to me with SQ. Switched with no problem since ;)
 
That makes sense to switch to applying to the muscle when it is giving me problems in the fat. Think I will do that from now on. I like putting it in the forearm muscle or biceps. This way I can feel it better. ;)
