My MC IGF Review and Log

Feels good to be back home in my routine again. The holidays are fun, but so is getting back in my gym regularly!

I thought I would put a little update in here. I have switched from sub q to applying to muscles. Wow what a difference! It feels so much better and I think maybe it makes it work better.. I put 30 mcg to each trap yesterday. After my trap and shoulder workout they were about 1/2" taller and wider. Kinda normal right. Well upon waking this morning and looking in the mirror, first thing I noticed was my traps! Shoot them boys grew after my workout for good. ha.

Today I applied 30mcg to each bicep before my arm workout. I was so pumped and veins going crazy I felt like I was on cycle! (and I am 10 days into PCT from short esters.lol). Really loving this stuff. I lost excitement in it when applying to the stomach and have fully regained my excitement by going with the muscle! I am 27 days into my first run with igf. I am thinking about using 100 mcg for another 30-40 days. Anyone have any thoughts on that?

MC IGF still working great! As soon as I start working out my muscles get pumped. Vascularity is getting more pronounced as well. I have been applying to muscles pre-workout and that is working good. I want to use it post workout as that is what it is intended for, but I am kinda hooked on taking it before my workouts.

As to igf being intended post workout, yes to shuttle nutrients to the muscle much like insulin, but if your sipping a 50/50 carb protein drink during workout and taking igf preworkout your 100% getting everything out of your igf use. Just wanted to toss that out there and glad ur doing well with it bro and glad you brought up the "intended" part so we/I could expound upon it and its nutrient shuttling effects

Ok. Thanks for bringing that up. I usually drink a protein/carb shake an hour before workout and take igf around the same time. Does this still provide full benefits?
