230lbs this morning. I think the weight flux is just water. I serioulsy need to cut down on the drinking or ill never get the results i want. Plus, i ran out of IGF.... So maybe thats why- I dont know. Its weird how i was dropping so much weight last week, then this week its not coming off so well.
I ran my ass off yesterday. Then hit back, bi, and traps. After my workout i probley should have ate some carbs, but i was sticking to the diet. I basically couldnt do anything but nap for the rest of the day. Body was spent.
I have to mention that the boys are starting to see a little bit of life finally. Im sure they're still pretty shut down. My sex drive has gone down quite a bit too. I should probley try to get some more clo, and run it for a few more weeks.
