Im a little exhausted today. Im still in my pjs... its 12:30 here. Sucks cause today is supposted to be leg day, doing cardio on leg day is probley my hardest workout. I think ill do legs tomorrow, and hard cardio today instead. Im only training a body part every 6 to 7 days, so there is room.
 
226lbs, 38" Feel great this morning!! Dont know why, didnt get a ton of sleep, and havent had anything but a little coffee as of yet.

I have to tell you, i dont know if its due to the weight loss or what, but my joints feel fantastic! I could never run this much and not feel pain. I think it is the igf, because i was this weight a couple years back, and my knees/ hips used to kill me.

Leg day today, I plan on doing some running first too. calves need huge improvement, and when i run first before hitting them, i seem to get better results.
 
I think calves are normally the same size as your arms.... It doesnt look so bad when they're close.
 
225 lbs. I at like shit yesterday... so its really surprising. I just put a tape on my arms. Holly crap!! no wonder why my shirts feel so loose... dude, im shrinking!!! I went from over 20 to 18.5.... thats a freaking inch and a half. Now im serioulsy wondering if i should stop now. I know my bf% is still pretty hight, but in order to get down to like 10 %bf, my arms are going to be like 16 inches...lol.
 
230 lbs. This weekend was a giant party. First off, i worked at the bar from thursday to sunday night. I have no idea what was up with the women, but i felt like a huge piece of meat. -serioulsy.

I got pretty shit faced every night. I did manage to hit chest,tri, and shoulders on saturday, was still at my peak strength from last cycle.... I serioulsy need a good run, cant wait to do back and bi today.

230lbs this morning. I think the weight flux is just water. I serioulsy need to cut down on the drinking or ill never get the results i want. Plus, i ran out of IGF.... So maybe thats why- I dont know. Its weird how i was dropping so much weight last week, then this week its not coming off so well.

I ran my ass off yesterday. Then hit back, bi, and traps. After my workout i probley should have ate some carbs, but i was sticking to the diet. I basically couldnt do anything but nap for the rest of the day. Body was spent.

I have to mention that the boys are starting to see a little bit of life finally. Im sure they're still pretty shut down. My sex drive has gone down quite a bit too. I should probley try to get some more clo, and run it for a few more weeks.

229lbs today, waste is at 38". I nailed the diet yesterday, but didnt go to the gym. I wanted a day off. Today i plan on a good run, then doing legs. Its a bitch...

i would run another small pct maybe adding in hcg as clomid can kill your sex drive and make you feel depressed as well, i hate that shit..
 
Thanks ip, i feel the same about clomid. The boys are alive, so i dont think it will take much to get them 100%. Its weird having skin down there, im not used to having anything rub between my legs. Im also not used to being so sore after workouts.... haa haa.

had awesome strength yesterday. Nothing new, but still keeping my peak lifts from my last cycle. Thats pretty impressive by itself, but i also dropped 30lbs.... I plan on running for atleast 30 minutes today. Then doing some abs.

Im going to try and pick up a set of calipers somewhere, no gyms seem to carry them. I think im in the mid-teens though.

230lbs again today- damn! I ran my ass off last night. I figured id atleast loose some water weight. today is back, bi, and traps. plan on a good 20 minute run.... Im going to hit some clen today, maybe i can drop some of this....

havent started my igf yet. Im taking a little break. been off for 2 weeks. Maybe thats why i cant drop any more bf%?

Looked at dunum's for calipers, couldnt find any. Guess i need to buy them online.
 
230 today. I worked my ass off yesterday, putting a new starter in the wifes van, mowing our lawn and working on my truck. I waited to go to the gym cause the wife said she wanted to go, but around 6pm i was exhausted. I just really felt carb deficient. I've been having this problem more and more. Specially after i run, if it doesnt hit me that day, its the next day.... I get tired very quickly. I even tried having some carbs yesterday so I could keep going, but it really didn’t help… I was so tired last night watching the wings game, I was slurring… (I wasn’t even drinking)…..
I plan on running today and hitting bi, back, and traps since I skipped yesterday.
 
forgot to mention this. on the 1st after that big run... I went to meijers with the wife to get her meds. Will waiting for them, i decided to check my blood pressure and pulse. it was 102/40 or something weird... my pulse was way down too...like 63. WTF???
 
no shit... did another hard ass run today, then back, bi, and traps. Im looking good though for a dead guy.
 
233lbs... son of a bitch!!! yesterday i fing killed myself at the gym, used some clen, and eca's and was super clean on the diet. I guess I need to get back on the IGF... Cause seriously, i cant keep loosing unless i do.
 
watch the mirror more and less of the scale..you could be adding some lean muslce or even holding a tad of water when you said you need some carbs and your body is starving for them so it holds onto those mofos when dieting..if you see in the mirror the fat (and you are a fat fatty mcfatface, i only say this to kick you while your down and make myself feel good) disappearing then fuck what the scale says. ALso are you weighing yourself ED at the same time, like say in the AM on an empty stomach after or before your morning poop and piss?
 
ohh and its not uncommon for guys like us who have gained tons of weight in the past to have weight fluctuations during the day, my weight can fluctuate upwards of like 5-8#
