oh yeah... same time every morning. I shit, piss, and dont eat anything before i get on the scale.

about 2 weeks ago i was down to 225lbs, It was obviously water weight, but im doing everything the same, minus the IGF... so i think it has that much impact. I mean, i've even turned up the cardio a notch, and im fing gaining weight?? wtf???
 
Good news is... The boys are really coming back. I wore boxers yesterday and could really feel them swinging around all day.
 
And the mirror looks really good. I never got complements until now. Funny, cause im off and people say shit more now then ever.
 
oh, one more thing. I stopped taking nolvadex around the same time i stopped taking the IGF. So maybe thats why im gaining weight??

I ran today for 20 minutes. Then did abs. I thought about running longer, but i dont want to start overtraining. Keeping the muscle mass on is ideal. Took some clen, and eca's. Diet is very clean today.

oh wait! if the wife has her way, i wont be going out with the boys to watch the red wings tonight. If i do go out with the goon squad, its beer, hotwings, and hockeytown. Might be some sexy bitches in there too... lol. :thumbsup:

dropping the nolva could have led to a slight estrogen rebound (nothing to really worry about) and may have contributed to the gain in weight (water)...i bet if the wife really had her way she would put a shock collar around your dingdong and it would shock you when you got a boner around other chicks,farm animals small statured peeps (midgets)

Bump to irishpride definitely dropping the nolva will rebound you with bloat, fatigue and water wt. Your gonna feel like a female for a while . It would be better to go back on nolva and wean off slowly or start HCG weekly lol---but I know how you feel sucks!!! Rather have the test it arom. on me anyway but that is ok doesn't affect me that much
 
231lbs today. I think you guys are totally right about the estrogen. Im also really seeing some gyno, specially on my right side. Its not sensitive, but there is definatley some fluid there. I have a nolvadex, more clomid and igf on its way.

Diet was ok lastnight. Made the wife happy and stayed home. I have to work the next to nights at the bar, and its kinda a repeating argument we have about how much time im at home. Anyway, no drinks, but, i did have a bowel of popcorn.

Wings won... ofcourse, penguines...come on!!
 
I went off a long time ago, but its that damn long ester (not easter) test. I hate that shit.. cause you really never no (minus blood test) if its out of your system yet.

I should know better. I bet my lifts will start to get weaker. I've never kept my peak lifts after a cycle.
 
229lbs this morning. Had a solid run and leg routine. Bounced at the bar last night. Decided i really didnt want to drink, so i only had 3 rum and cokes, a jamison shot, and 1 beer...lol. I know, but thats pretty light.

I plan on just going for a jog today. Im going to try 30 minutes at a 135 heart rate. Hopefully this will help burn fat. I was asking questions on another thread called "how much is to much cardio" and that was one of the suggestions.
 
229lbs this morning. Today I did my normal chest, tri, and shoulder routine. I ran after for 30 minutes.

the new run is really easy. Its more of a jog, i keep testing to make sure my hear rate is at 135. So far, i like this new cardio routine.

tomorrow, since im not lifting, im planning on bumping the cardio up to 40 minutes.
 
230lbs cant run today. I feel shin splints coming on, dont want to make them worst. looks like im headed for the pool today.
 
231lbs today. yesterday because of the shin splints, i didnt run or anything. Today i ran for 30minutes. Thats it.

Im trying this new carb cycling. yesterday i didnt pay attension and just ate whatever i wanted. I mean, i didnt go overboard, but i had a bunch of cashews, wife made an egg/noodle salad, and i drank a bunch of lemonaid, anyway... im going to be very strict 2 days then have a day off every third day. we'll see what happens.
 
230lbs today. Weird how im stuck here. Diet was super clean yesterday, ran for 30minutes, then spent the day in our yard.

If my shins start bothering me, i might do that. But i like running cause its pretty easy to get the heart rate i want.

Well, i kicked ass yesterday. Did my run, abs, back, bi, traps. Stuck to the diet. Got on the scale and im 233... son of a bitch!
 
fuck me i tired. I didnt run for fourty. I thought about it, and decided that i need to give my shins a break. So i did elliptical for 20 then ran for 20. Im exhausted. Just got home and layed around for an hour. I forgot to mention that every day is a bitch with all this cardio.

crazy part is.. even though im probley under 100 carbs at the momment, Ill probley end up being over 230 tomorrow.

Sure what onyett??? is that test kicking in or what? I couldnt imagine what id do if i was a chick on prop...lol.

233lbs this morning. I have no idea why i cant drop any weight now. IGF and Nolva should be in the mail today, so thank god... maybe then. I busted my ass yesterday, you'd think id loose a freaking pound.

Today is legs. About 2 years ago i really messed up my knee. I used to run before hitting legs. Id go heavy too. But after a year of nursing my knee, i'm open to suggestions like dont run then do legs, its to hard on the knees.

So im just going to do squats, leg press, then maybe leg curls or something. If i have time, ill do a litte elliptical. Normally i only work up to 405 on the squat. But after seeing how close onyett is getting, i better step it up a notch.

I have to work at the bar tonight. Its going to be a wild night, cause we have a show. This can go either way, i might drink a lot cause people will be in the mood to buy shots and what not, or i might have nothing at all cause its really busy, or I might have to fight. So no idea if im sticking to the diet tonight.
