the applications are really easy now. So i wont continue to say where each day. But they're going all over, from love handles to belly button. I dont have much fat at the top of my abs, just the bottom. Absolutley no bruising or swelling at all. Even when i was using the wrong applicators.
weight is holding at 232. When i was 260, i figured that i would only loose 30lbs and wouldnt go below 230lb cause i bounce at a bar part time. But i really want to get ripped now. So who knows... maybe i have to get down to 200?? god, i hope not... I already feel tiny. My arms probley shrunk a total of a half inch from my cycle. People so far havent said much about the drop in size.
anyway, im going to do some major cardio today, and work the abs extra hard. Skipping the weights.
I plan on doing a light jog on the tred for 15 mins. Setting at around (6). Then I've started this interval training, where you run hard for 2mins (7-8), then walk for a minute then run again. Ill continue that for another 15 minutes. I know thats not "major cardio" but when you do cardio every day, and lift, and want to keep muscle, thats about as far as i will push it.
