That's still pretty good weight, I think the most I've gone up and the one we have is 3 45's and a 25. So you're definitely doing well
 
I train my weak bodyparts this way. I have to focus more on them to make sure my stronger bodyparts don't compensate for my weaker parts. That's how they got weaker in the first place.

That makes a lot of sense, too many guys in gyms just wanns do what their strongest part is because they love that ego trip. I have learned to check the ego and just train and I've made a lot of gains since
