I'm hoping I'll still be able to add muscle while cutting givin alot of anabolics. It's only been a week on this diet, will I adjust or will this stay horrible for the next 3 months?

3 months!?? lol shiznit

i "lol" yet im the one who has no abs and a belly

i dont compete.. so i cant help u with the diet bro... BUTTTTT how bad to u wanna shred? you know dam well once the 3 months are over u are going to be VERY happy and VERY proud.

i always get upset with myself cuz i dont have the will power like some of u guys.. maybe one day?

from what ive read... u will most likely loose some muscle while u cut... i could be wrong though.. so please dont believe me 100% lol

have fun man... and think of the end results!!!

Where are the good fats?
Also what about water?
I don't see a lot of greens there.
When I diet for a show, I remove dairy completely, but that is just me.
Good luck with that.

What are some good fats and how many grams can I have? I've been sneaking p-but lightly.
I do think I would like to add more greens if its ok, where and when?

BTW, I'm not doing a show just been bulking for years. Always been kind of bettween a powerlifter and BB'r. Could always see just my top 2 abs. I know you know your shitz and would really like some help. I'm currently at ~13% by the caliper and would like to see 8% by April. Cycle is very strong ....... would really like to hear from press as I'm out and the water is coming quick.

I usually run around 5,000-6,000 dirty cals to maintain weight and strength.

You can add flaxseed oil to the protein shakes for some good fats.

I only do 1 shake a day, would flax at PWO be OK?

Man, I was hoping you was going to say, CandyBar. I've come off some pretty heavy things in life but these food withdrawls are by far the worst thing I've ever experience. Will my body adust? Thanks

You adjust. It was hard when I cut out the bad stuff, at first. After awhile you don't want it anymore. There is always cake, cookies, candy, etc i the breakroom at work. I just pass it by, get a big glass of water and head back to my desk.

Yeah, you can add flax to your PWO. You also get some good fats from the tuna. Fish in general will give you some good fats. I found a "mayo use with my tuna" thats all good fats.... omega 3's baby.

I asked a friend just the other day why eat pizza and drink diet coke? He said once he got used to diet he can no-longer stand the sugary taste of regular. So I'm hoping I'll adjust. I never was really big on sweets and mostly always ate at home, pretty decent meals. At 35y.o. however it just isn't enough to cut below the 12-14% mark, this is why I'm going more extreme on the diet. I've been gaining alot of respect for the pro's who now stay pretty shed year round. Once I get there I'd like to try it out. Thanks

you dont have alot of dairy. But I would cut it out by the last month.

Some people say it makes you hold water.. and I believe it does for most people.
