I figured I'd start a little early as I've already had some issues and started dieting so here it is.
Doing The Southern States in Ft. Lauderdale Fl on July 8 and 9. I started my diet 5 days ago. Basically is it as follows
1. 5 whole eggs, 5 egg whites and 2 cups of grits.
2. Either 10 oz of chicken or steak and 1 1/2 cups brown rice.
3. 12oz Tilapia 1 1/2 cups brown rice
4. 10 oz steak or chicken and 2 cups wheat pasta
5. 12 oz Tilapia and 1 1/2 cups brown rice.
6. 60g of whey protein
On training days I have 70g of whey right after I train.
Drugs
250mg of Sust EOD
200mg of Deca EOD
75mg of Tren EOD
100mcg of IGF on training days
.5mg of Melanotan ED.
1mg of Follistatin a week for 2 weeks
1mg of Myo Pro Pep a week for 2 weeks.
Issues
Three days ago my left nipple became very sore and swollen.... shit. Also I haven't monitored my sodium intake and I went to near zero for 5 days. Needless to say I was 10lbs lighter today. I was still strong though. I also slipped twice in 5 days. Ate a bagel and cream cheese one morning and ate a box of Perogi's last night.
Started Adex and Nolva today. I'm also going to start alternating my ECA and Clen now rather than wait to start them until 10 weeks out as planned. Hopefully that will help with my hunger. Weight today was 248lbs....
Random leg shot as I couldn't get into any of the rooms to have pics taken today so I had to take a couple in the locker room. My buddy wants me to up my carbs for he time being and start eating normal sodium levels asap. In 2 days he wants me to have a cheat DAY.

I think we're going to try to get some taken tomorrow. I like some of the lighting at the gym, but may have to do them at home. They are forthcoming and I hope you guys won't hold back on the criticism. I've had a little too much undeserved praise recently and I need some real competitors eyes.

Im no expert but I have been playing with the IGF doses. I have been using 150mcg on the larger muscle groups but since your getting close why not up the IGF dose??? The increased dose has helped me a lot.

As dumb as this sounds, I hadn't even considered it. I respond extremely well to IGF, so I think I will do just that starting today!
 
I tried catching up today. Upped my sodium and carbs and added another meal. I upped my IGF to 150mcg in my calves. I still felt flat and had absolutely no vascularity. My strength was through the roof though. I beat all my recent personal bests including 500lb deads at the end of my workout for 12. I had some comments about looking leaner, but I think it's the tan. 1 week on Melanotan 2 and I'm really dark. I'll do this dose for one more week then lower it. I'll try tomorrow to get some pics. Honestly today I didn't want to take any pics because I thought I looked terrible.

awesome deadlifts. Are you getting dark everywhere? no spots or patches?

I'm getting VERY DARK. for some reason my legs arent tanning near as fast so I'll have to sit out at the pool for a bit and give then some time in some good light. My girl has gotten dark in just 3 applications. By tomorrow she's going to look totally different. No blotches though. Looks totally natural other than the quick and deep onset.
 
Today was weird. My girl is sick so no pics.... again. I felt great and got a great pump, but was weaker than normal. I got some compliments about my improved muscularity, but that could be from the tan. Did my first 200mcg shot of Follistatin. That was weird. Very light headed and lethargic. Seem to be getting some flu like symptoms already, but my whole body is pumped and tingling. I'm about to do my 100mcg shot of Myo Pro Peptide. Didn't get my weight, but I did 20 minutes of light cardio at the end. I also trained on only one meal so that might have something to do with it.
On a side note my girl did her first 100mcg of Follistatin. We are like Bonnie and Clyde.

in that updated pic they looked bigger than that. What steps are you taking to get them caught up?

Funny you mention that. I regularly do IGF in them. I also did some shots in them a couple weeks ago as a tester for a run of syntherol, but got cellulitis. I did some Myo Pro Peptide in them and now have golfball size welts.... I train them 3 or 4 times a week.
I'm going to end up having to put all the Myo Pro Pep in a 3ml syringe and do it all at once since it won't dissolve in 2ml of BW. I'm not happy with it. We'll see how it goes. I seem to be tightening up nicely.

cool man, which exercise's do u do? I usually just do the seated calf raises w the plate loader, and use the leg press machine for calf extensions

My favorite is to have a loaded barbell on my back like I'm doing squats and do raises that way. I don't want the weight to be transferred to the tendon, just the calves. It thrashes them. I'm up to 405 for 22. I also do calf presses, calf sled, donkey machine with dumbells loaded on it. Rarely seated calves as I want the gastrocnemius to plump out from the soleus
