So as you all know i have been out of gym since end of march, and got hurt pretty bad and what have you, anyhow...

I got so fucking weak and that on Sunday I went into the gym to do legs, so I started with leg extension, and did 3 warm up sets with super light weight, maybe 5-6 plates is where the pin was set, anyways after doing the 3 warmup sets super light, i got a call from the wife and had to leave and go home after only doing the 3 warmup sets til failure so maybe 30-40 slow reps.

Well this was on Sunday and today my fucking quads ares still burning sore,lmao, yes thats right after only 3 warmup sets i could barely walk up my steps the next day!

Thank goodness i had to cut out before i did my leg workout cause i would be crippled today if i had of did what i planned on doing,lol

Anyways i just thought that was fucking nuts! I never thought i would get to the point where warmup sets would kill my quads, granted i havent done legs in months due to the injury but still what the fuck, lmao!

just the lactic acid that's been building up for a while, after a few workouts you'll be good to go

I'm with ya bud. Although your warm up sets are probably what I do at my heaviest. lol. Just go with the flow. Next week wont be as bad and then in a few weeks you wont get sore like the first couple of times. Go in, do what you can, and keep coming back.
