Ive been on a wierd diet, but im actually started leaning out, and going up in weight. Im sure im missing a lot, but its pretty simple


eggs
lean ground turkey
lean beef
high protein wheat bread
wheat rolls
yams
white rice
lean turkey bacon
oatmeal
peanut butter
whey shakes
fat free milk


so whats everyone else's diet, and are you getting the results you want??:bber:
