whats your grocery list look like when you go?

I usually go once a week,
wheat bread
3 bags of frozen fish tilapia etc,
4 dozen eggs
3 pounds lean ground beef
bag of brown rice
3 heads of lettuce
broccoli depending on my mood
Thats about it unless im low on oats, oils, protein etc.

What do you guys usually buy do you go once a week or once every other etc?

6lb bag chicken breast
brown rice
baked potatoes
some type of pasta
wheat tortillas
4.5 lbs lean ground beef

That's the main stuff. Things like olive oil, condiments etc just when needed. That's not counting the stuff my fiance buys for her to eat too.

so shes still putting up with the protein farts, you not eating when she eats etc? you got a keeper bro haha.
 
supermarket- once every 2 weeks or so.

oats
brown rice
red potatoes
string beans
butter spray
natural pb
olive oil

meat market- every 3 days. dont like freezing my meats. i have them cut, weighed and packaged to order.

3- 10 oz top round steaks
6- 10 oz italian style chicken cutlets
 
hey g- im surprised with the diet your eating ground beef. Even if it is lean.... isnt that to much fat? I've been trying to stay away from processed meat, not just cause of the fat. But the risk of contamination is a lot higher with it. Not worth getting sick... Im sick now, go figure.

I do love my meat loaf though.

naww its included in my diet as long as you have the macros down and they are the same its not that bigga deal. Your gonna get your fats from something, my fats are around 30%right now beef, evoo, natty pb, fish oil etc.
 
No idea!!! Whatever looks good, although i try to stay away from the Ding-Dongs! I usually have my wife get me a bag of chicken breasts if we are low, some canned chicken, she usually guys some ground meat and/or some pork. Always have veggies in the house, but usually the frozen kind.
 
chicken, lean beef patties, ground turkey, eggs, bagels, wheat bread, cereal, milk, protein bars,
apples/bannanas, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.
