Yea, I've been there many times, really sucks for the two days following the workout
 
I have one of the worse jobs to get sore from doing legs. Everything else being sore I can deal with, but being that I spend all day carrying things and lifting them up and walking a ton my legs are miserable once I get sore and I always get in trouble for my numbers being off when I get in. I can't explain to them that I trained legs and I'm sore as fuck and that's why I'm moving slow, they just don't understand that one lol
 
I dunno how I could possibly work out as hard as I do if I had a physically demanding job. I dunno how you guys do it.
 
good thing I dont have my RX-8 anymore I dont think I could get out of that today. Hard enough with the acura TL
 
I always get cramps after a leg day that last for 2 hours.
Same here....I shot up at about 3 am the other night...fucking intense...I was moaning and groaning like a little girl...lasted about 20 mins. were I couldnt move at all...I love it in a sick way:cool:

I remember being in high school and my friend and I had just started hitting the weights and every muscle was so sore the couple of days after training it. We were at his locker one day, still hurting from a recent leg workout, and he dropped a pencil on the floor. We both just stared at it for a minute and finally he said, "We'll just have to leave it, cause there's no way in hell I can pick it up."
