Weight is dropping like crazy. I've been out of IGF for a bit, still waiting on a few more. My strength is still very good, but I feel flat. Weight was 228lbs yesterday, but that was after only breakfast. I want to add Dbol, but my trainer wants me to hold off on changing anything until he sees me tomorrow. Pics tomorrow or Tues.

Whats going on with Cardio now?

I'll get pics tomorrow or Tues when I have my trainer or my girl to take them. Weight was 233lbs today. Up 5lbs from yesterday. Cardio is 20 min of walking at 2.9 and a 3.5 incline first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or immediately after training 4 days a week.
I am all in bro. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for me. I'm going to do whatever it takes to look as crazy as I possibly can on contest day.
 
Weight seems to be staying the same. I've upped the cardio to 45 minutes in the AM. I also added 50mg of Dbol about a week ago. Strength is staying the same and even increasing. I didnt take pics today because honestly I was flat. Work and training is wearing me out and I'm squeezing in naps wherever possible. I'll get some updated pics soon. Didn't get a chance to meet with my trainer today so I'll need to do that ASAP.
 
So far it's 300g of carbs alternated with about 500g, but I'm getting flat so he may adjust it.

I'm going to add in an additional 20 minutes of cardio a night and do 45 min of cardio in the AM 5 days a week instead of 4.
 
I'll get more pics up soon. My trainer and I are still working with my diet as I'm constantly flat and I'm having a harder time than I should with getting good pumps. That said I think I look smooth, but my trainer assures me that it's from the very high sodium intake. Weight is hovering around 228lbs, but I did add in the Dbol 5 weeks ago. Cardio is 35 - 45 minutes 6 days a week.
